Low-Cost Computers for Technology Centers

Pentium III computers for Community Technology Centers.

Our organization, Nonprofit Technology Resources, is now able to offer 10 Pentium III computers, complete with CD Roms, monitors, mice, keyboards, the network wires and hub, a laser printer that will serve all 10 computers, and some fantastic software, all for an administrative fee of $3,000.

These computers come with a 4-Gigabyte hard drive (or larger) and 256 Megabytes of RAM.

We will also include a free 4-hour lesson on how to set up the computers and care for the network. Once installed at your site, there are only a few more steps to take to have the whole network up using the Internet. You’ll need an Internet Service Provider and a method for connecting to the Internet. One of the computers will come with a modem to allow you to connect the whole lab to the Internet with one phone line.

This offer is only for nonprofit organizations. We primarily want to offer the equipment to groups that are serving low-income populations, and have not been able to afford a computer lab.

If your group is ready to install a computer lab and are only being held back by the price, this might be the right opportunity to get started. If the $3,000 fee does not fit your budget, we also have Pentium II computer labs for $2,000.

Future prices may change. So call now!
