Looking for office space in West Philly
Posted by on August 19, 2005
Does anyone know of any AVAILABLE OFFICE SPACE (about 400-800 square feet) in West Philadelphia?
National Student Partnerships (NSP), a national non-profit that operates a series of resource centers that link low-income individuals in underprivileged communities with the resources (housing, employment, job/comp training, healthcare, childcare, food, clothing, legal service, immigration services, etc) necessary to become self sufficient, operates three offices in Philadelphia and I am the site coordinator of our West Philly office. We recently negotiated to move into the Kirkbride Center off of Market and 48th streets, but unfortunately our space there is still being renovated and may not be finished in time to make it a viable option given that we need to be up and running again as soon as possible. One of the attractive features of the Kirkbride location is that the center also houses a number of other service programs and agencies, and it would be ideal if we could find another sight that offered similar opportunities for referrals and networking.
Also, because our office operates through the help of undergraduate Penn and Drexel students who donate their time to give back to the West Philly community, it would be great if we could be located near a main subway line and within reasonable walking distance of these campuses. I would greatly appreciate ANY LEADS on available space. Please email me at [email protected] with suggestions or any questions.

thanks for the assistance.
