Long-Term Sustainability of Service-Learning in Higher Education
Posted by on November 13, 2011
CCPH Paper Examines Key Influences on Long-Term Sustainability of Service-Learning in Higher Education. The latest issue of NSEE Perspectives, published by the National Society of Experiential Education, features results from the 10-year follow-up study of the Health Professions Schools in Service to the Nation (HPSISN) Program led by CCPH senior consultant Amanda Vogel. HPSISN was the first and still the only national demonstration program of service-learning in health professions education. The paper summarizes the methods and findings from the study, and provides links to webpages where you can read more detailed descriptions, access their interview guide, and read about related prior research.
