Rx Brunch Talk
Who: Class of ?89 Penn alum, Greg Salisbury, and owner of Philadelphia restaurants Rx, and Django, with chief farmer Glenn Brendle of Green Meadow Farm.
What: Sample a delicious selection of gourmet, local foods at an inexpensive price. Learn more about the entrepreneurial aspects of going local and its benefits to the community.
When: Thursday, February 23, 11:30-1 (Come early to eat!)
Where: Houston Hall (34th & Spruce), Ben Franklin Room (2nd Fl.). $5 at the door, advance registration recommended.
