Loan and Grant Conference for IDA Participants

WORC presents loan and grant conference
The Women’s Opportunities Resource Center will hold its annual Loan and Grant Conference on Saturday, January 31st. The event will feature workshops on a variety of topics including grants and loans for education, homeownership resources, financial products and small business development. Workshops will be led by representatives from Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Delaware Valley, PA Higher Education Assistance Agency, Philadelphia Commercial Development Corporation and TD Bank. Approximately 200 people are expected to attend.
The conference takes place from 8:15am-2:15pm at the Community College of Philadelphia in the Winnet Student Life building. Registration for individual attendees is $40 per person and free for individuals who are currently participating in or have graduated from a Family Savings Account or Individual Development Account program.
