>> Living Cities Milano MiX: Management Information Exchange, a Living Cities Milano Collaboration, recently launched its website. MiX is a source of free information on various management topics, including conflict resolution, training and development, governing boards, succession planning, and staff satisfaction. The website features free articles for managers, links to useful websites, and a research center. The site also features a peer network where leaders can share ideas and information with each other. MiX focuses on managing staff and departments of community-based organizations and is part of a larger, $1.6 million project to improve management practices in community-based organizations.
