Live Your Truth, Be Your Own Champion

Women are a distinct, yet diverse cohort. Despite the diversity among us, we have similar experiences in our personal and professional lives. The messages we receive about what our role should be, what we should do, how we should look, behave, and speak are constant. We are 51% of the US population, nearly 57% of the workforce and are entering and graduating from college at higher rates than men, yet the messaging continues! As a result women feel the pressure of these messages, which all too often become stumbling blocks or barriers in our personal and/or professional lives. The purpose of this conference is to acknowledge that dynamic and to highlight the various ways that women navigate the messages and overcome the barriers in pursuit of individual identity and their own personal and professional goals.
Participate in a variety of workshops led by a brilliant cadre of diverse women who will present informative and inspirational topics engaging the conference theme of transitional growth and purposeful decision-making.
The conference is open to an audience of all ages high school and older.
Vendor and networking opportunities available.
