Job Summary: Literacy is a critical piece of students’ development at YouthBuild. This position will support YouthBuild to develop a culture of literacy that leverages resources across our organization to strengthen students’ literacy skills. The position is 65% work as a literacy leader and coach, and 35% work as a direct teacher with students. Through a blend of designing literacy initiatives to include programming and evaluation, and facilitating staff and student skill development, this position will increase our effectiveness at strengthening students’ literacy.
