LIHEAP Applications are Now Open – Apply by Apr 10

Eligible individuals and families can now apply for the Low Income Home Energy Assistance program (LIHEAP) to receive cash grants to help pay for heating bills.
LIHEAP can help renters and homeowners keep their home warm and safe during the coldest seasons.
To qualify for LIHEAP in Pennsylvania, you must meet income requirements, which are set based on your household size.
Eligible Pennsylvanians can apply from December 3, 2025, to April 10, 2026, for a cash grant to help pay your heating bill. You can receive from $200 to $1,000 based on your household size, income, and fuel type.
