Life Without Borders: Immigration and Human Rights

Join us on Thursday, October 26th from 5-7pm in Founders’ Hall Auditorium for a conversation with Texas RioGrande Legal Aid immigration attorney Jennifer Harbury. Jennifer will speak to the lived and legal realities at the US/Mexico border. She will also speak to her long history of human rights casework in the US and Latin America, including topics raised in her books Bridge to Courage: Life Stories of Guatemalan Compañeros & Compañeras, Searching for Everardo: A Story of Love, War, and the CIA in Guatemala and Truth, Torture, and the American Way.
