Our community festival is scheduled for Saturday, September 6, 2003 from 12:00 noon until 8:00 p.m. For the 3rd year, our festival will take place on several blocks of Wyoming Avenue from 11th Street to Broad Street. The rain date for this event is Saturday, September 13, 2003.
Our daylong celebration of neighborhood unity will include food vending, fun, games, children’s activities, health screenings, resource information, voter registration, drill team performances, a gospel concert, a talent competition, live entertainment, a 9/11 tribute, back-to-school giveaways, and more.
With an anticipated crowd of 2,000 attendees, this event promises to be a fun filled day for all.
The purpose of the Let’s Love Logan Community Day Festival is to promote neighborhood unity. Our organization’s mission is to build neighborhood pride, while educating and empowering Logan residents with information and resources that will better enable them to improve their quality of life.
If your organization would like to participate as a resource provider or vendor, please reply by e-mail or phone, no later than July 31, 2003.
