The Haverford College Center for Peace & Global Citizenship invites members of the Greater Philadelphia community to a free 2-day Let’s Circle Up workshop on Friday and Saturday, November 11-12. 2022 (Friday, 5:00 – 9:00 pm and Saturday, 10:00 am – 5:00 pm) in person at Haverford College.
Participation in the full program is required. Workshop is free, and includes meals.
This highly participatory introductory restorative justice (RJ) workshop was developed by men incarcerated at Graterford Prison in 2007, and will be led by experienced Let’s Circle Up facilitators. The four themes addressed in workshop sessions are: rethinking justice, exploring harm, developing restorative approaches, and applying RJ values to our lives.
Felix Rosado’s leadership, co-founding Let’s Circle Up and advancing restorative justice and abolitionist work, has been recognized by The Lifelines Project, The Amistad Law Project, and Eastern State Penitentiary’s Searchlight Series. He and Anthony Marqusee ‘16 will co-lead a workshop on Restorative Justice.
