Sustainable Production, Ethical Consumption: Lesson Plan on the Future of Food
Can we create a nutritious and affordable food system in a way that’s green and fair? What are the environmental and human costs underlying our current food consumption habits?
These essential questions are at the crux of this lesson plan, which uses a PBS NewsHour documentary series to explore both the problems of food waste and environmentally unfriendly industry, and the innovative solutions in science, technology, and farming that people are implementing around the world.
