to support youth violence prevention in Philadelphia

Mission:
As an outgrowth of our commitment to eliminate the epidemic of youth violence in Philadelphia, Physicians for Social Responsibility (PSR) is hosting Legs Against Arms, a 5K Run/Walk, at the Mann Center for the Performing Arts on April 15, 2007. The intent is to begin to change the social norms in Philadelphia that celebrate violence. Legs Against Arms will encourage youth and adults to come together to
strengthen their legs as they send a clear message opposing arms in Philadelphia.
