Legal Rights Training for Advocates of People Who Are Poor or Have Disabilities is Tuesday, May 21, from 12 p.m. – 3 p.m. in the Southeast Conference Room of Community Hospital, 2600 W. 9th St. in Chester. The training is free and sponsored by Crozer-Keystone Healthy Start. Topics include: The Affordable Care Act: what it means for clients; Pennsylvania Welfare Sanction Policy; Consumer Law Basics – From Mortgage Foreclosures to Student Loans; and SSI and SSDI – the Basics of Social Security.
