Marla K. Conley, Esq., Co-Chair of the Nonprofit Organizations Practice Group at Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP, will discuss federal tax and state regulatory issues applicable to 501(c)(3) charities that are engaged in complex fundraising vehicles or processing high value assets as charitable gifts and will talk about creating and maintaining an endowment fund under Pennsylvania law.
