Ask a Lawyer: Volunteer Attorneys Offer Free Legal Clinic for Nonprofits
On July 14, nonprofits that are incorporated, or are in the process of incorporating, have the opportunity to consult with an attorney from Dilworth Paxson or area corporations, at a free legal clinic arranged by Philadelphia VIP.
At this private consultation, you can ask questions on issues such as: corporate governance, conflict of interest, indemnification, trademarks/logos, commercial leases, employees and consultants, contracts, etc.
Space is limited and registration is mandatory.
