Learning From Failure: How to Reboot and Learn from Operational Bloopers

With 20/20 hindsight we can learn a lot from program misfires to get it right on the next go round. From recycling bins that gather more trash than cans and bottles to collection trucks that don’t fit through narrow campus lanes, even careful planning sometimes falters in the light of day. Tune in to hear examples of spectacular flops and how campuses picked up the pieces and found success on the rebound.
