Mastering the Art of Innovation – Five Sessions, April – May
Creative Exchange teaches leaders and teams from organizations and business across the region how to unleash their innate creativity. Over five morning-long sessions in the spring of 2020, participants learn how design-thinking skills such as empathy, collaboration and rapid prototyping can support innovation at work. With Philadelphia’s top creative talent as faculty, the program helps participants build skills in design research and analysis, and in solving real-time challenges alongside other innovators in the region.
During Session 1: Problem Solving by Design, participants will learn the fundamentals of design thinking, the tools for evaluating and framing a problem, and the skills in interview and observation that will help them to address problems differently and gain new perspectives.
