PANO offers webinar on nonprofit life cycles
What is your nonprofit’s stage of development, and why should that matter? Leadership, governance, programming, and infrastructure all change as a nonprofit matures. The challenges and pitfalls your nonprofit may be facing could be the result of growing pains that can be anticipated and addressed.
This workshop will discuss and set realistic expectations based on what is typical for your nonprofit’s stage of growth, considering what kind of leadership is needed to maintain a robust and viable organization in each stage of development. Participants will explore where their organizations are on the continuum and what they can do as leaders to prepare for the next stage.
