Leading Across Key Organizational Challenges: Nonprofit Executive Discussion Virtual Series – Nov 7, Dec 5, Jan 23
Posted by Bryn Mawr College Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research on October 7, 2025
In this pivotal 3-part workshop series, Leading Across Key Organizational Challenges, we embark on a critical discussion of how to both build and lead through teamwork, how to navigate important transitions and change, and how to define and use strategy in every leadership decision made.
This series is designed to address the unique challenges faced by nonprofit leaders. As stewards of change and care, these leaders often navigate complex organizational situations without the ability to access guidance, support, and solid information along the way. The sessions are crafted to empower leaders with practical tools and insights, enabling them through learning and discussion to develop new tools as well as establish connection with other nonprofit executives.
This workshop is open to CEOs and Executive Directors of Nonprofits.
Dates (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM):
- November 7: Navigating Transitions and Change
- December 5: Building and Leading Effective Teams
- January 23: Strategic Thinking for Change
