PCOM to host leadership development program
The Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and the Collaborative Leadership Project will present Leadership Development for Non-Profits on Tuesday and Wednesday, February 23-24 on PCOM’s camps at 4190 City Avenue in Philadelphia.
The two-day interactive program will be led by Dr. Pat Sanaghan and Dr. Nancy Aronson, authors of Deep Lessons in Collaboration along with nationally known presenters Dr. Jeff Branch and Gabrielle Wanamaker. It will offer practical tools and powerful insights to enhance collaborative leadership capabilities and provide insight into individual leadership styles.
During this program, participants will have the opportunity to understand more about their leadership style and explore the implications as they interact with others; explore promising practices and cutting edge research related to collaborative leadership; experience collaborative designs that they can apply in their own settings; expand their meeting design skills by learning the 4 key elements that increase the likelihood of active engagement and collaboration; use reflection as a leadership development practice; and consider ways to apply the ideas and tools to a variety of situations.
