Leaders of Tomorrow Summit – Aug 12-13

Posted by Voters of Tomorrow on August 2, 2022

Voters of Tomorrow is extending an invitation to high school and college students to attend the invite-only ‘Leaders of Tomorrow’ Summit, hosted by Voters of Tomorrow and sponsored by the American Federation of Teachers. The Leaders of Tomorrow summit is a first-of-its-kind youth political summit, bringing 150 of the top Gen Z leaders in our nation together to network and collaborate in order to bring change, turn out young voters, and protect democracy in the upcoming elections.

Attendees will be given the opportunity to attend panels and hear from speakers such as AFT President Randi Weingarten, Rep. Mondaire Jones, Malcolm Kenyatta, Will Larkins, Olivia Julianna, Paxton Smith, Audrey Pe, and more. Attendees will also split into breakout groups to discuss the issues that impact Gen Z. The result of those discussions will provide insight on how to boost youth voter turnout and bolster our generation’s political significance.

The summit will be held in Philadelphia, PA from August 12 to 13. Check-in will be from 3:00-4:30pm on the 12th and the summit will officially close at 2pm on the 13th.

Please email summit_rsvp@votersoftomorrow.org to confirm your attendance or to recommend a student who would like to attend. In your email, please include the best email at which to reach you, a phone number if you are comfortable providing one, your age, and any policy specialty you might want to discuss at the summit.

We hope you are able to join us. As a leader of tomorrow, take this opportunity to learn from the leaders of today and to shape our future as a democracy that empowers youth voices.

Welcome to Leaders of Tomorrow! Feel free to respond with any questions!
