Offered at 10 sites throughout the city, the ArtWorks! program provides a creative outlet and invaluable youth development and social services for youth in foster care; gay, lesbian and transgender youth; and those involved in the Youth Health Empowerment Project, a community-based facility that offers prevention services and safe spaces for transient youth.
