Labor Film Festival
Posted by on October 21, 2005

It begins Wednesday, November 9th with Fritz Lang’s science fiction classic Metropolis, where labor has literally been driven underground. In this newly remastered 1927 film classic, we see the city both as a careful balance of power between rich and poor, and as a finely tuned instrument in the image of a giant machine.
