KUPEE Energy Initiative
Posted by on July 16, 2012
The KUPEE Energy Initiative is a collection of resources from four universities in Kentucky who have been working in partnership with Earth Force for the past three years, educating undergraduate and graduate students about service-learning and also implementing the Earth Force Process within the community. The Earth Force Process is a six-step problem solving process that young people use to identify and address issues of concern in their community. This initiative highlights the successes and some of the challenges encountered as a university partner and can be applied to anyone currently or interested in doing service-learning. Check out the different resources including: syllabi, podcasts, lesson plans, videos of instruction, project stories, and more at: http://www.earthforce.org/kupee. Funding for this project is provided by the Corporation for National and Community Service.
