Komen for the Cure releases RFP
The Philadelphia affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure is now accepting proposals for its 2012-2013 Community Grants Program. The 2012-2013 Request for Proposals is posted here.
Komen Philadelphia is committed to ensuring that all individuals have access to breast cancer education, screening, high-quality treatment, and support during and after treatment.
To address these needs, Komen Philadelphia administers a robust community grants program which in 2011-2012 totaled over $2 million distributed to 38 organizations.
Grants (up to $100,000) will support screening and treatment programs, and grants (up to $30,000) will provide funding for education and/or support programs.
All grantseekers must attend a mandatory RFP briefing webinar on August 3rd.
Preregistration is required. Preregister here.
