We are excited to invite you to KIPP Philadelphia Charter School’s Open House, “Building a Better Tomorrow “, on Wednesday, May 6, 2009.

Come visit KIPP Philadelphia Charter School, and hear from founder & CEO Marc Mannella about KIPP Philadelphia’s successes and plans for expansion in Philadelphia! You will have the opportunity to meet some of the extraordinary students and staff, as well as observe them working in their classes.
KIPP Philadelphia Charter School’s mission is to develop the character, knowledge and skills of our students so they will succeed in top quality high schools, colleges and the competitive world beyond. KIPP Philadelphia Charter School currently serves over 430 students and alumni, employs 38 people, and operates on a budget greater than $4 million. If our growth plans are realized, the KIPP Philadelphia network of schools will expand to ten fully enrolled K-12 schools, serving over 4400 students, employing more than 230 people, and operating on a budget greater than $60 million by 2019.
