    For students, every second matters. That’s why at Enriched we are on a mission to reimagine substitute teaching. Our aim is to eliminate the loss of student learning when teachers are absent by connecting great schools with passionate people in our communities! If you are a talented, caring leader who is passionate about serving kids by supporting your local K-12 schools in the 2021-2022 school year, we invite you to join our Kids Can’t Wait cohort!

    We are looking for good people who want to teach or work in local Philly schools and we have both full time and part time/flexible options. Most of the work starts this August but there are also some opportunities for summer roles. Training is provided and we do not require applicants to have formal teaching experience, just a positive and professional attitude, desire to grow and some previous youth work!
