Keystone Communities Program accepting applications
The Keystone Communities (KC) program is designed to encourage the creation of partnerships between the public and private sectors that jointly support local initiatives such as the growth and stability of neighborhoods and communities; social and economic diversity; and a strong and secure quality of life. The program includes planning, implementation (designated communities only), façade, development, public improvements and accessible housing grants.
The Keystone Communities Program opened on July 1st. The application window will remain open until August 31st. However, please note that 8/31 is a Saturday, so they urge you to apply prior since we won’t be able to assist you on the 31st should there be any issues. Updated program guidelines have been posted on their website.
They accept applications for designation as a Keystone Main Street, Keystone Elm Street, Keystone Enterprise Zone, or Keystone Communities at all times.
