The Office of Children and Families Adult Education (OCF Adult Education) seeks a qualified community based organization to provide digital literacy services at 8 KEYSPOT Innovation and Technology (KIT) Centers. KIT centers, a collaboration between the City of Phildalphia (City) and Verizon, are public computing centers that have upgraded technology and programming available for youth and adults.
