Keys to Successful Strategic Planning
Posted by La Salle Nonprofit Center on May 15, 2017
Your strategic plan serves as a tool to provide guidance toward achieving your mission with maximum efficiency and impact. It identifies specific goals and the action steps and resources needed to accomplish them. This class will teach you how to create a living, constituent-driven strategic plan that is a critical management tool for your board and executive leadership.
Combining lecture, peer exchange and activities, you will be directed on the path to an efficient planning process that will result in a realistic plan you will really use. How-to topics include: gathering stakeholder data, developing a shared vision, prioritizing strategic goals and objectives, integrating your plan into daily operations and evaluation. Bring a copy and we’ll even review your current strategic plan.
