2019 Safe Schools Conference
Keeping Our Children Safe: Strategies for Schools and Communities
October 2-3, 2019 | Hilton, Harrisburg, Pa.
Plan to attend the Annual Pennsylvania Safe Schools Conference. Don’t miss this opportunity to hear from national and state experts about the latest research and trends in school safety and violence prevention, effective program models and promising practices.
A special conference track for school security personnel is available. The National Association of School Resource Officers (NASRO) will present the two-day course “Adolescent Mental Health Training” for school resource officers, law enforcement and other school safety leaders. NASRO will also provide separate trainings that focus on relationships and school emergency planning.
This conference is a high quality professional development opportunity for school administrators, student support personnel, teachers, school nurses, SAP team members, school resource officers, local law enforcement and other community partners.
More information and online registration will be available on the conference website in the next few weeks.
