Please enjoy the K-16 Partnerships January/February Newsletter! Also, for those who are new to the network currently, the K-16 partnerships has three committees and one affiliated group:
- Non-profit partnerships: Working on follow-up to this event and assessing the needs of the non-profit community in work with universities and K-12 schools.
- Service-Learning: Currently working (as a service-learning project at Temple) to film high quality service-learning happening between universities and schools in Philadelphia.
- College Access: Creating a series of events for graduating high school seniors and college students to connect and bridge the gap between high school and college.
- Teacher Education Alliance: Working to change the relationship between the District and teacher education programs in Philadelphia. (contact Peshe Kurlioff: [email protected])
