Society of Aviation and Flight Educators Invite Applications for K-12 Teacher Grants
The Society of Aviation and Flight Educators (SAFE) works to create a safer aviation environment by supporting aviation educators with mentoring opportunities, educational resources, and other benefits.
To that end, SAFE is inviting applications for its K-12 Classroom Teacher Grant program. Through the program, four grants of $250 each will be awarded to K-12 teachers to incorporate aviation-themed lessons into the regular curriculum.
Any credentialed teacher in a public, private, or charter school or a group of teachers from the same school are eligible to apply for a grant.
See the Society of Aviation and Flight Educators website for complete program guidelines and application instructions.
Deadline: August 31, 2019
