Posted by The Philadelphia Citizen on August 30, 2022
Join us as we bring to life the legacy of this monumental figure in history at a breakfast and reception featuring Ken Frazier, Chairman and former CEO, and Sherrilyn Ifill, past president of NAACP Legal Defense Fund. President Bill Clinton has also been invited to speak and has committed in principle.
Immediately following the breakfast, guests are invited to the unveiling and dedication of the Higginbotham mural at 46th and Chestnut streets. The original work, titled Famous Warrior, by Philadelphia artist Shawn Theodore honors the Judge’s many achievements and his influence and dedication to the West Philadelphia community.
