The Journal of Higher Education Outreach and Engagement’s Spring 2019 issue (Volume 23, No. 1) is now available. This special issue of JHEOE, “Expanding Notions of the Community Engagement Professional” was developed by guest editor Lina D. Dostilio and offers new inquiry and insight into the competencies and diverse practices of community engagement professionals. We are grateful for Dr. Dostilio’s leadership for the production of this issue and for the many scholars who contributed to this important topic.
