CultureWorks is seeking new board members to help steward our organization through an exciting period of growth and impact.

What We Need: We’re looking for strategic thinkers committed to our mission who can contribute 6-8 hours monthly through quarterly board meetings, committee work, and engagement with our community. Board members provide financial oversight, support our Co-Executive Directors, and help grow relationships that advance our work.
Ideal candidates bring:
- Experience in finance, fundraising, legal, or governance
- Commitment to 100% board giving at a personally meaningful level
- Willingness to actively open doors and identify opportunities
We especially welcome candidates who reflect the diversity of communities we serve and those with direct experience in fiscal sponsorship or coworking.
Directors serve up to two three-year terms on this working, engaged board.
