Join Hands Day Youth-Led Mini-grants
Deadline: February 2, 2004
Join Hands Day is quickly approaching! On May 1, 2004, young people will join adults across the country to volunteer together to make their neighborhoods a better place. To aid local organizations in mobilizing intergenerational volunteers, the Youth & Family Outreach department of the Points of Light Foundation through funding by Join Hands Day, is offering $250-$500 mini-grants to youth-led projects in support of the Day. Between 50 and 100 mini-grants will be awarded this year.
