A peer group is a structured and organized networking program that facilitates building relationships among entrepreneurs and provides them:

Enterprise Agent, & Peer Group Support
What Does a Peer Group Do?
Meet regularly to share ideas, network and build individual business skills
Collectively sets business goals and support each member in reaching those goals
Review and approve loans for individual group members
