About Tech Impact ITWorks Program

ITWorks is an award winning 16-week program that changes lives.  ITWorks offers a free, immersive IT training program to young adults, ages 18-26. Students receive a professional certification in IT and a real-world internship inside leading corporations and nonprofits.

Graduates gain a marketable skill set, improved confidence, leadership abilities, and a broad understanding of the nonprofit community and its interactions. Their salaries are increased by 100%, on average, and they begin on the path to a promising career.  By strengthening young people and strengthening nonprofits, ITWorks is creating strong communities.
