The Information Technology Systems Manager is responsible for all systems and associated subsystems at WCA office. An employee in this position provides system-level support to internal and external users associated with WCA systems, hardware and software tools including installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of these systems. She/He plans, organizes, integrates, coordinates technology priorities, determines priorities, and reviews standards that correlate with the use of technology.
