Please join our distinguished panel for an interactive session on the promise and perils of leveraging markets to reinvigorate neighborhoods. As markets shift and community developers try to ?go to scale? to affect more of the urban core, the tension between investors and community members, markets and neighborhoods, often increase. How can the various interests be balanced? Our panelists will focus on ownership and participation structures that might (or might not) mediate these tensions and might (or might not) enhance the flows of financial and social capital for all stakeholders involved in urban development.
