Diversity, inclusion and social justice (DISJ) are increasingly important issues for organizations, communities, and society – with crucial implications for the people who are stakeholders in their effectiveness, health, and sustainability.

These three concepts are used interchangeably. But, while there is some overlap, there are also significant differences – differences which affect how issues are addressed.

This three day workshop explores all three areas and is applicable for a wide variety of people, enabling participants to:

* Explore the definitions, principles and overlap among DISJ
* Become familiar with the latest theories and applications
* Practice diagnosing issues using own and others’ case studies
* Identify the skill development required to be an effective DISJ change agent
