Intercultural Development Learning Community – Jan 30

Posted by Campus Compact on December 16, 2025

The Intercultural Development Learning Community (IDLC) equips community engagement professionals with the practical skills and awareness needed to work effectively across cultural differences. The IDLC offers access to expert educators with deep, relevant experience who guide participants through an intensive learning journey.

The program begins with completion of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), a theory-based assessment tool measuring one’s mindset and skillset related to their intercultural interactions and how they respond to cultural differences.

Once grounded, you’ll receive a personalized intercultural development plan tailored to your goals, deepening your understanding of how to navigate cultural differences in your work.

Registration closes on Friday, January 30, 2026. Available to Campus Compact members only.
