Anchor Institutions Toolkit

With support from the Annie E. Casey Foundation, the Netter Center for Community Partnerships at the University of Pennsylvania developed “Anchor Institutions Toolkit: A Guide to Neighborhood Revitalization.” The Toolkit draws on Penn’s experience in working to revitalize its West Philadelphia community in collaboration with a range of key stakeholders. An interactive version of the Toolkit is now available to the public online at http://www.upenn.edu/ccp/anchortoolkit/.
