IPM is a proven and cost-effective pest management strategy that:
o Eliminates nesting places and pest-accessible sources of food and water
o Excludes cockroaches, rodents, bed bugs, and other pests from the property
o Uses the lowest risk pesticides in the safest manner—and only when necessary
o Engages maintenance staff, pest professionals, and tenants in a team approach
This training will equip you with an understanding of pest habitat, IPM, and the key roles for maintenance staff, pest management contractors, and tenants.
