Planned Parenthood Southeastern Pennsylvania is seeking an Institutional Giving Officer. Responsible for all aspects of foundation, government, corporate and organizational fundraising, including the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of institutional donors and prospects, with an emphasis on gifts of $5,000+. In addition to meeting ambitious annual institutional goals, the Institutional Giving Officer is expected to aggressively pursue extra-budgetary funding opportunities.
This is a part-time (28 hours/week) position, including a full benefits package. It is based at our center city headquarters.

Additional Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree is required, plus three to five years of professional development experience focused on grant-writing and institutional relations. Candidate must be highly-proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, and have experience with fund-raising software. Experience working within a healthcare setting is a plus, as is knowledge of local grant-makers and philanthropists.
Must possess outstanding writing, editing and proofreading skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; and a proven ability to manage multiple and overlapping deadlines, complex reporting requirements, and staff contributors to the development process. Must be able to work independently while contributing to department and organizational goals. Must have a sincere interest in stewarding donor relationships, and in working in a driven, closely-integrated team environment.
