Organizations, corporations, and higher education institutions must be able to provide workplace learning and development to employees across onsite, blended, and online formats. During this webinar, Dr. Sal Falletta and Dr. Larry Keiser will discuss how workplace learning is being modified and redesigned to meet the shifting needs of employers and employees. The speakers will also present on the opportunity organizations have to integrate creativity and innovation into learning and development to support motivation and employee retention.
