Informal Educators Opportunity: STEM Symposium – May 3-5
Posted by Penn State Extension on April 19, 2022
Pennsylvania 4-H and Maryland 4-H invite formal and informal STEM youth educators and volunteers from across the nation to participate in this professional development conference to collaborate, learn, and share high-quality STEM practices, May 3-5, 2022.
The vision of the 4-H STEM Symposium is to bring together advocates of STEM to collaborate, learn, and establish and strengthen partnerships that will enhance youth STEM educational opportunities. This conference is not limited to 4-H youth development professionals. We encourage all STEM enthusiasts to participate. The responsibility of delivering high-quality STEM youth education should not fall solely on one group, i.e., in-school or out-of-school, volunteers, teachers, or businesses. Why not create a network comprised of all to work towards that goal of preparing our students for a successful future?
Location: Sheraton Station Square Pittsburgh, 300 W Station Square Dr, Pittsburgh, PA 15219
Virtual attendance is an option.
Register by May 1. 2022.
